Return and Refund Policy

CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE, RETURN, AND REFUND

At Lattea, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is exceptional. If you need to exchange or return an item, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging in which it was sent;
  • It should not show any signs of use or consumption, remaining in the same condition as delivered;
  • All items, including tags, manuals, and accessories that came with the product, must be included in the return.

Please note that we do not exchange products due to incorrect size choice by the customer. The dimensions of our products are clearly provided to avoid errors in selecting the appropriate size. According to the Consumer Defense Code - Article 18, we are not obligated to make exchanges or returns due to the consumer's remorse regarding color, size, model, or other similar reasons.

We emphasize that returns that do not meet the above-mentioned criteria will not be accepted.

DEADLINE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN REQUESTS

You have up to 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product to request an exchange or return. To initiate the process, please contact us via email at contact@latteaglobal.com, providing the following information:

  • Product name;
  • Order number;
  • Email used for the purchase;
  • Reason for the exchange or return;
  • Video demonstrating the defect (if applicable).

APPROVAL PROCESS FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN

After receiving your request, our team will review it and contact you to provide the return address.

REFUND TIMEFRAME

The refund will be issued after the confirmation of receipt of the product in our warehouse and will be processed within 30 days after the approval of the refund request. The payment method and the time for the amount to be available depend on the payment method chosen by the customer.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

The costs related to shipping for returning the product in cases where the reason for the return is NOT due to defects, damages, or related issues will be the responsibility of the customer.

In cases where the reason for the return is due to defects, damaged products, and related issues, the entire return process will be covered by Lattea.

REFUND OPTIONS

For purchases made by credit card, the refund may appear on up to two subsequent statements after the completion of the return process by the payment gateway. If the purchase was made by another means, the bank transfer will be made to the customer's account within 30 days after the approval of the refund request, and it will not be possible to transfer to third-party accounts.
